Welcome to Raza Wireless Plans! We want to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their mobile service, so please take a moment to review our Acceptable Use Policy.
At Raza Wireless, we periodically review usage levels to make sure our plans are being used appropriately. If we find that your usage is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to adjust or terminate your plan.
To ensure fair usage, we ask that you use the voice portion of your Raza Wireless Plan for traditional voice calls that are comparable to what our average customer uses. Please refrain from using methods or devices to excessively take advantage of your plan.
Similarly, for the data portion of your plan, please use it for traditional web browsing, messaging, and other similar activities on your device. Again, we ask that you do not abuse the plan by using methods or devices to exploit it excessively.
If we determine that your usage violates any of these guidelines or is considered "unreasonable" or an abuse of the plan, we may terminate your service or change your plan.

International Long Distance Service: Limitations, Restrictions, and Appropriate Usage
At Raza Wireless, we strive to provide you with a seamless international long distance service. In order to ensure fair usage and maintain network efficiency, we have implemented a few guidelines.
You are allowed to call up to 20 unique international phone numbers per 30-day Service term, depending on the international destinations covered by your plan. The count of unique numbers will reset automatically at the beginning of each new Service term, unless you choose to purchase a new Raza Wireless Plan before the term starts.

It is important to note that all international long distance services included in our Service plans are handled by PLD, LLC ("PLD"). These services will be clearly differentiated on your invoices from the services provided by Raza Wireless. Please be aware that PLD is not affiliated with Raza Wireless.
To maintain the integrity and quality of our services, we reserve the right to terminate or adjust your usage if we deem it "unreasonable" or "abusive." This includes activities such as reselling or commercially exploiting our plans, setting up routing functionality that only sends outbound long-distance traffic, engaging in fraudulent conduct or behavior that may cause network congestion or degradation, interfering with our operations or reputation, or making excessive purchases related to your Raza Wireless Plan in a given month.
To be more specific, please refrain from engaging in the following activities:
- Re-selling, re-branding, re-supplying, or re-marketing a Raza Wireless Plan.
- Using the Raza Wireless Plan solely for outbound long-distance traffic.
- Participating in autodialing, continuous call forwarding, or continuous call session connectivity.
- Engaging in telemarketing or using the Raza Wireless Plan for automated text or picture messaging.
- Uploading, downloading, or streaming continuous video or audio.
- Sending unsolicited or abusive communications for commercial or marketing purposes.
- Using the Raza Wireless Plan for server devices or host computer applications, or peer-to-peer file sharing.
- Utilizing the Raza Wireless Plan for relaying voice calls and messages not originating from your Raza Wireless device.
- Engaging in any other activity that is inconsistent with reasonable personal use patterns, causes network congestion, or jeopardizes the integrity of our supplier's network.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they enable us to deliver a reliable and high-quality international long distance service. Thank you for choosing Raza Wireless.
Prohibited Use of Service. It is strictly prohibited to use the Service in any way that violates the law or encourages unlawful behavior. This includes transmitting or receiving any communication or material that could lead to criminal offenses or civil liabilities, as well as attempting to access unauthorized information or networks. Additionally, the Service must not be used to generate viruses or engage in "denial of service" attacks.
Termination of Service. Raza Wireless reserves the right to terminate the Service immediately and without notice if it believes the above restrictions have been violated. In such cases, the user will be responsible for all charges, including unbilled charges, which will become immediately due and payable.
Monitoring and Disclosure. We may monitor the use of the Raza Wireless Service to ensure compliance with our policies and agreements. We reserve the right to remove or block any communications that violate these terms in order to protect our Service and network. Additionally, if we suspect unlawful activity, we may disclose relevant information, including personal details, to the appropriate authorities for investigation and prosecution.
Service Transfer and Misuse. Reselling or transferring the Service to others or using it for purposes inconsistent with its intended use is strictly prohibited. If you believe your Service is being stolen or used fraudulently, you must notify us immediately in writing. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and disconnection of the Service. Until we receive written notification, you will be held liable for any unauthorized use of the Service.
