Activate Replacement SIM
The ICCID, a 19-digit number, is located on the back of your SIM card. It's indicated by the arrow in the image above.
Warning Regarding Voicemail
When you change your SIM card, there's a likelihood that you might lose any voice messages stored on the network. Additionally, you'll need to reconfigure your voicemail settings after the SIM card change has been completed
Port your phone number to a new SIM card. Once the transfer is successful, insert the replacement SIM card into the back of your phone and power it on.
